Meijer - Delivery & Pickup App Reviews

This is the most useless customer loyalty program on the books. You go in and "clip" coupons, scan your card, buy the coupon items, and are rewarded with nothing at all. No discount. The coupons are a fraud. Nothing comes off my bill. This store pretends to have discounts but it just never gives them to you. Dont waste your time on this app or the mPerks scam.

Since the last two upgrades the app is difficult and will not route the grocery list. As an avid Meijer shopper this is a big setback and doesnt give Meijer any edge over the other grocery store apps in my area. When I contacted customer service, I received a polite reply promptly instructing me that they cannot give me instructions on how to use my device (Ive been using iPhone for the app with fantastic results prior to the last two upgrades in the last week). I answered customer service again and really dont want to leave a negative review but I feel if I dont the situation wont be addressed. Meijer, all of our phones didnt suddenly change, please read these comments and fix ... It worked great before and we know you can do it!! The route button does not work, the store map will not take input. Also having to hunt for the shopping list is cumbersome, this should be available on the main screen in the app.

Cannot click on buttons or clipped coupons, rewards, or 2016 savings. Using the app on an iPad Pro 9.7".

I love the Meijer app! It is very convenient to use and helps me to save money every time I shop. I can check for coupons on the app before I go into the store, because I usually forgot to look before I leave my house!

Homepage links still dont work. Truly, why would you push an update that doesnt fix problem #1?

Since the last update, whenever I tap a coupon, the app becomes unresponsive for about 10 to 15 seconds as it is apparently connecting to a server or something. I dont want to clip coupons if I have to wait that long every time I want to tap on one. How inconvenient.

Wait forever to upload pictures only to have it shut down on me. Have done this numerous times. Very frustrating. Have restarted phone, upgraded app....etc...

Tried to update the app several times before j got to Meijer, while I was at Meijer, and since Ive been home. Really hoping that nothing I bought had coupons or that there wasnt the wknd 15, 10, and 5% coupons that usually happen.

Used to work great, now just consistently sends error messages. Cant connect to shopping list, server, etc.

Since the new update, my app will not load on my phone. You tap a Coupon and it reloads every time. So frustrating

It is BEYOND frustrating to get the notification that Ive lost connection to my network every waking second I try to use this app. Doesnt matter whether Im at home on my own Wifi, the stores Wifi, or my cellular network. That, or the notice that my shopping list cant be retrieved or whatever. I DONT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING ON MY SHOPPING LIST. I go to Meijer BECAUSE of the app and the coupons. I save so much money when I use them! But if the app doesnt work, I almost have no desire to even go there. Im begging that the devs for this app please stop spending their time on the UI for a bit, and make sure the app runs properly first.

Its a great concept. Except nothing ever loads. And when it does its super slow. Everytime I scan a upc to see if theres coupon, it always pops up "no matching upc" The coupons I clip dont show up when I buy the corresponding item. They need an overhaul fix on this.

This app doesnt even work!! How can you tell me that the word "purse" doesnt exist!! How about "handbag" … nope!!! Says it doesnt exist!!

This app is always losing connection and never works. Most of the time I lose my coupons and I havent been able to view my shopping list in months.

This app used to work great now all it does is crash and say I cant connect. Very frustrating!

Like others, I have experienced nothing but problems with this app since the "new and improved" update. It used to be so easy, reliable and convenient. Now I get the connection error issues constantly - and no electronic receipts. Bummer. I hope they fix this soon.

My favorite thing about this app was using it to get rewards, and now its saying even though I achieved an reward; it wont acknowledge it in my mperks. What happened? This was a great app until they did an update! I saved over a thousand dollars last year with meijers and now Im thinking I would suffer going through Walmart then wasting my time trying to figure out this app.

This app is so inconsistent. Not good at all.
