Meijer - Delivery & Pickup App Reviews

Basically, coupons dont clip in real time (immediately). Meaning, I clipped a coupon 2 days before shopping. I went shopping and then a week after, my reward was still not applied. I called customer support, they told me that I had clipped the coupon after I shopped (which is incorrect). MPerks has no way of keeping customers updated on the troubleshooting steps taken after I encountered the issue. That resulted in me stopping to shop with Meijer. I either have memory loss on when I clipped the coupon or this is a Meijer strategy to fool customers into going to their stores to shop when the coupon is not active even if it is clipped well before going to their stores to shop.

Its been over a month and I am unable to access my receipts nor my rewards - this is truly inconvenient - pls fix asap

Just crashes and not nearly as user friendly as the old app. Lets go back to the last version that worked.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Its constantly crashing so the last 2 times Ive been in store, I couldnt use it to track my shopping list, M Perks or coupons. The coupons dont clip immediately and your M Perk rewards dont update in real time. Other retailers have figured out how to offer an app that works consistently and in real time. Meijers IT people should talk to them.

App crash whenever I upload photos to be printed. This was after spending an hour in he store trying to get pictures to upload on the computers. The Meijer employee said I should just go to CVS

Meijer! Pull yourself together. Get your app people to fix the bugs. Every other second I am in this app I get an "alert" that the network was lost blah blah blah. I can be on wifi, I can be on full cell signal. I could be at the top of a cell tower for goodness sakes. It is always giving me problems. Please fix this!

I always check the deals and coupons before I go shopping! Its helped me same some much needed $$.

So what isnt wrong with this app? These problems have been going on since before November 2015. I get a network disconnect message every thirty seconds. I cant view my receipts. Its impossible to clip or delete multiple coupons at a time. Its not optimized for the increased screen size on the new iPhones 6s/6s plus. This just appears to be an app that Meijer abandoned because it was saving their customers money. Come on lets get this fixed already.

Coupons need a lot of work 1. slow to apply to account 2. Very time consuming to look at them all, takes me 30mins to review them all :( 3. The coupons and rewards only work if applied to account, this seems pointless. My elderly mother not very tech inclined and does my benefit from the program because of this. They should auto apply. Using mperks is like a part time job. Next the mperks in Apple wallet barcode never works at the self checkout lanes it beeps and nothing.

The app needs some serious work. Lots of network connection error messages but its still connected. Cant use the list feature due to the connection issues just a constant error message. Never able to view receipts as well. Dont noticed the clipping issue others are referring but Ill keep an eye on it.

Love the app but the last couple weeks when I clip a coupon I get the spinning wheel for a 10 seconds and it wont let me move down at all. It use to just clip and I could move on to the next immediately. Kind of frustrating because it takes a while to review the coupons without clipping.

This app would be awesome if it worked. Every time I open I repeatedly get messages saying it cant connect to shopping list. So cant even use that feature. Coupons take way too long to load when you clip them. It takes forever to go through the whole list. And trying to use while in the store, constant error messages. I hope this is all fixed soon.

With the latest upgrade, each time I clip a coupon it then spools while it moves the coupon. It takes about 5-10 seconds for each coupon. It did not do this on the previous version. If I cant clip coupons easily then there is little reason for me to use the app. While I enjoy Meijers produce, if I cant quickly and efficiently use their app, I may be checking out our Krogers remodel soon.

Love this app the more I use it!! I like to plan ahead, so before I head to Meijer I like to go through the mperks coupons. Then once Ive clipped everything I want I add them to my shopping list along with anything else I currently need. I recently found the feature to plan a shopping route based on the items on my shopping list. Its so handy and makes shopping faster when Im in a hurry. Ive been earning mperks rewards left and right, and I like that the ads and coupons are updated regularly.

This app worked well in previous versions, but now every time I use it I get "unable to access your shopping list", and frequently get "network connection lost" even when I have a perfectly-working Internet connection. Currently running on iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1, but it had these issues on previous iOS versions as well.

Its a shame this has so many negative reviews, I rarely if ever have any of the issues described by others here. I can clip a coupon while Im in the store and its applied every time. It crashes occasionally but I find that it usually depends on my overall data/wifi connection than anything else. Keep a close eye out in the coupons for free things! Nothing big, just cat treats and hydrogen peroxide so far for me, but you cant beat free!

I just downloaded the app and did the update. Thought I would give this a shot on a shorter shopping trip to try it out, and sure enough, it did not even apply some of my clipped coupons when the items rang up. Thankfully it was only 2.75 that didnt apply this time. Ill stick to the old way until someone figured this app out.

This app seriously needs some updating.. It is so frustrating and does not work properly

The app hasnt been working for over a week now. I cant view my receipts. Every single time I open the app unable to connect to shopping list please try again later pops up. It comes up twice in a row. Please fix.
