Cannot open mperks. According to site must update but some older phone version won’t update. Need to buy newer phone to shop meijer? What are people to do that have older phones. Should have an option worded for older phones on meijer.com to select and move forward to utilize mperks . Or a specific site useable. Thanks
The ads all over the place make the screen “jump” back to the top any time you try to scroll down to browse any item except the top one. Input card information correctly, tells me it’s wrong. Try again, wrong again. Try a 3rd time and I’m not allowed to order groceries today because “too many attempts” after I checked and rechecked the information and it was 100% correct. Also, this app redirects to Shipt for Delivery Orders, and their shoppers see substitutions the Meijer customer never added, the app adds them FOR you. One night I received a substitution I WAS ALLERGIC TO because it was listed as a substitution the app chose for me I obviously never would have chosen, but the shopper wasn’t aware the substitutions weren’t chosen by me. It doesn’t matter how many times over the last year I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app or updated it etc etc, it’s wretched and unusable and if you do get to place an order it usually ends up wrong at no fault of the customer or shopper.
Constant errors when editing orders. Invest in this app or do not create it
Ive tried so many times to reset the password…. It never shows up in my email, whats the point!

I use the app weekly because I’m disabled. The past 3 days when I put in my ebt card it keeps saying my code is wrong then it boots me from the app.
None of the buttons ever work for the check in screen. Very annoying and been going on for way too long to not be fixed by not. I always tap for close to a minute straight then give up and have to check in via sms.
Today when I got to checkout the app had deleted my cart. Had to rescan everything.
The app keeps glitching when searing for items. It’s annoying and makes me not even want to do my shopping there.
When I try to use the search function, the app does not let me scroll away from the ads. When I do try to scroll away it takes me back to the ad.
For the last 2+ weeks the app automatically logs off and when attempt to log back in it gives a 403 Access Forbidden code. PLEASE FIX!
The app frequently freezes or takes a long time to load a search. Sometimes I will add an item to the cart by hitting the add button and leave the page to move onto the next item and the previous item will not get added.
I literally hate the Meijer app because it pays no attention to what you set as “your store.” I set it as Okemos, and I’m literally inside the Okemos store, and it’s telling me the aisle location for the W Saginaw Hwy (Delta Township) store. I check my store setting, and it says Okemos. Back to the item I’m looking for, and now it says Charlotte. IT IS MADDENING!!!
Your app refuses to take my card for an online order. I bc a shop anywhere else except Meijer, so I will.
The pricing on this app is deceiving, if there is a sale for instance Pull-UPS, it shows MPerks. But it doesn’t show you the original price until you get to the ordering screen and when you have multiple items how do you know you’re getting the right price? The app doesn’t give you a good depiction of the price, it only shows after savings. It’s like you can’t see what the savings is and compare pricing. I’ve lost faith in Meijer. I have used this app for years and it’s never worked for me. I’ve even stopped shopping at Meijer due to this issue. I shop using the app and the digital coupons, then I get to the register were there is only 1-2 regular registers open so I go to the u-scan and my MPerks will not scan. I make sure I’m using the most current version up to date version of the app, still nothing. I enter my phone # again nothing. My phone number says invalid MPerks #, I had changed my number about a year ago on the app but it never registered my new #, so I tried my old # & that worked, well it used to work. Now it doesn’t and hasn’t worked for the past year or so. I call support each time and they don’t fix it. I do not have time to call support each time I shop at Meijer. The most recent time was when I was trying to get gas and use my points from the last time I called and got my purchases added to my account. I enter my phone number and nothing it says invalid # I try again says the same thing. I try scanning the bar code and again nothing. I call support and all they know how to do is log me into my account they don’t know anything else. When I tell them I can’t use my account they only seem to know got to get into it.
There are smaller business with way less resources that make better apps than this. My CHILD could code a better app than this. Look at other reviews - NOTHING WORKS. Everyone complains about every single feature. Is no one at Meijer testing the app to see if it’s even usable?! You’ve made it impossible to grocery shop using your app. It’s slow, glitches, force closes, doesn’t update, doesn’t respond, the list goes on and on. The finalized shopping list vs what I receive is always different too; I’ll get items I added but then later removed from my cart. I rely on grocery delivery and I can no longer shop at Meijer because of how bad the app is. This feels like it should be relatively easy for a corporation your size to remediate, unless you just don’t care. And judging by all the other 1 & 2 star reviews that are falling on deaf ears I’m going to assume the latter is true.
For the love of god fix the glitch where you can only scroll so far then it puts you back up again and won’t even let you go through all the options. How can we shop if we can’t even look at what is to offer. Been like this forever and yet when you do an update you don’t fix it! Come on now people
Some buttons are the but do nothing (view previous purchases is the main one).
I don't know who is in charge of your computer department or your apps, but they make it worse every update. Can't even check out today for pick up... good lord!
My phone is too old to update to Meijer’s newest app. This is frustrating as your app forces me to attempt to update & I get caught in an endless loop & eventually give up using your app at all. I’m considering shopping elsewhere! Why is there no way to decline the update?
I noticed a rather odd issue when I am searching for a product and I’m scrolling through the Meijers app it randomly decides when it wants to glitch out. I’m not sure what the issue is however it’s really annoying especially when I’m trying to shop through the Meijer app. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 16 however the glitch while scrolling is effecting my ability to use the Meijers app. I am not sure what the issue is but whatever it is please fix it. WiFi isn’t the issue and cellular connection isn’t the issue either I have tested both and it still has a problem glitching while scrolling and the recent update that released today didn’t fix it either. Whatever the issue is I’m sure you will be able to figure it out and make the Meijers app great again. If this information helps again I have the iPhone 16 running the current version of iOS which is iOS 18.5 so please fix this issue if you can.
This app constantly feels as though it’s frozen, but sometimes it’s just that it’ll take 15-30 seconds after changing pages before the app catches up and you can use it again. Wish they could fix this issue.

This app is rather useless, unless what you're looking for is at the top of the list. As one scrolls, the ad keeps moving to stay on your screen. This means the list keeps refreshing, putting me back at the top EVERY time I try to scroll. Pretty useless. I try to scan a barcode when I'm in the coupons section and it comes back "nothing found". I manually scroll through the coupons and find it. This feature has NEVER worked for me, and I've been using the app for almost four years now!!! Overall, the ONLY time I use this app is when I'm forced to.
I love being able to order with the app and do it on a regular basis. I just wish there weren’t so many glitches. For instance you cannot scroll down to see all of the available options when shopping. So I have to do some creative work arounds.
When the app first came out, it was easy to use with very few glitches. In the past year or so, it freezes constantly, won’t easily update store preference, you can’t click on the add and easily add items to cart or list. It’s getting more difficult and frustrating to use instead of better. It gets so bogged down like it doesn’t know what action it’s supposed to preform. The website is even worse.

Love the app but will no longer work on iPad, says phone only and that makes it much more difficult for me to use so I don’t shop at Meijer as much.

So the app is serviceable for what I use it for (mperks) but what I don’t like is the notifications. I don’t mind getting notifications about my mperks is almost going to expire or an online order i made but it keeps sending me promotional notifications that I don’t want “$16.99 hanging baskets and planters”. There is no ability to customize notifications. You either get all of them or none. Please fix. Until then notifications have been disabled.

Functionally just ok when it works. I’ve never been shopping in it where I didn’t have to close it and reopen it at least twice due to it becoming unresponsive.
In this update it seems like after you scroll for so long, it keeps sending you back upward on the page and you can’t view all items or reviews. Will update review when fixed because otherwise it’s one of my favorite grocery store apps…
Seems that they try to make it an all in one app that falls so short on so many levels the pharmacy portion is not worth it at all
The app is ok, but I can never confirm my substitutions when I have a pickup order, so having that feature is useless. It’s literally worked ONE TIME. I gotta believe the developers know this and yet, here we are…
I have had this app for a while but recently it has been glitching. It seems to only mess up when I search for items. I tried uninstalling it and restarting my phone and it still glitches.
I am having problems opening the Meijer app on my iPad. It has worked before but now it appears on the screen but the pin wheel doesn’t spin. Any suggestions?
I am disabled. When I first signed up for delivery, there was a box for leaving delivery instructions. They have since removed that option. 3 times I’ve had my orders left in places I can’t get to. It has caused a lot of anxiety. Please put back a place for delivery instructions. Last time, I called meijers and the rep said I was not the only one upset by this situation. She said after I order, I should call Shipt and give them the directions. Their menu wasn’t that easy (I’m old and not techie). Plus it’s not convenient. Other than that, I LOVE the app and the option for home delivery. Glad to have it available.
I’ve updated this 3 times and it still won’t open. I get a M with a spinning circle. For seniors it gets increasingly difficult to take advantage of sale items. What about people that cannot even use an app like this?
Meijer app crashes and freezes CONSTANTLY! After checkout on the mobile app, you can’t click on view cart, you can’t check in from the app for pickup, you can’t edit contact info, NOTHING WORKS. When I go to pickup groceries, I have to call or text (which is fine) but don’t tell me I can use the app to do it all when that isn’t the case. I’ve used the app for a couple of years, and it’s just disappointing that Meijer cant produce a working app. The Hardings app works great, VGs, Kroger, they’re all smaller operations with better working apps. COME ON MEIJER, GET IT TOGETHER 😤
Not happy with your update. I have an old phone and now I have lost my mperks and can’t even see what your ads is. I used to be a loyal customer but now I don’t shop there because I don’t know what your specials are. I don’t live close by to just pop in to check on specials. I shop at Kroger because I can still get their ad and digital coupons. I guess you don’t care if you lose a few customers. You used to mail coupons I would use but you don’t do that either I guess I’ll just have to continue shopping at Kroger because I don’t have an updated phone
Keeps logging me out every other day and then takes me multiple attempts to log back in
Lately this app has been annoyingly glitchy to the point that it’s difficult to use to place my usual orders. Cart won’t let me replace out of stock items with suggested items. Hard to scroll and locate items because it won’t actually scroll down. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. No idea what’s up, but it needs to be fixed.
I’ve had repeated issues of having my grocery items multiplied or missing from my order all together. The app is glitchy resulting in having to close out and restart every time I use it.
The app was fine, then I updated it, and it won’t scroll. It’s difficult to make an order when I can’t look for what I want to buy.
It runs slow. It keeps freezing. And now the items on sale is not showing it’s on sale in my cart. Now i have to shop in store
I’ve been trying for 2 days to load my payment method. It says, “something wrong on our end, please try again or refresh” I’ve deleted and re installed app. Very very frustrating.
The grocery list portion does not work on a daily basis. It freezes up upon most attempts to add or remove items. This portion would also be useful if you’re adding an item/ ingredient and it showed a total amount you would expect to pay when checking out. Also, it would be helpful to know if an item or ingredient had a coupon or is marked down. When using the self scanning method on the phone in store it also lags or freezes. The premise of the application is great but the actual function isn’t the best or easy to use when it doesn’t work as programmed.
